The meeting explored how their existing research relationship could support broader academic exchange and future collaboration.
Joint publications
Their published work includes two 2025 papers in Sustainable Cities and Society. Cool walkable and cyclable community planning for heat-resilient transportation system: An empirical analysis examines thermal comfort and heat risk along walking and cycling routes. Climate-driven transformations: A framework for the sustainable urban landscape system to enhance heat resilience develops a framework for heat-resilient urban landscapes. Both papers bring Amir and Professor He together with international co-authors.
