Nottingham Trent University lists Professor Amir Ghaffarianhoseini on the scientific committee of the First Conference on Gen-AI in the Built Environment, dated 28 November 2025. The university’s record identifies his AUT affiliation and lists him separately from Professor Ali GhaffarianHoseini.

Design, education and responsible adoption

Co-organised by Nottingham Trent University, CIB, ATLAS SkillTech University and the Council of Heads of the Built Environment (CHOBE), the conference covered generative AI in architectural design, construction, education and research. Its themes included research integrity, responsible adoption and AI-enhanced sustainability.
